Because I am an appointment based business, appointments are booked especially for you. I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. A 20% deposit is required for any services expected to be over $50. This deposit will be applied to the scheduled service.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%. "No Shows" will be charged 50% of the missed services. This fee will need to be paid before another appointment can be booked. If you no show your appointment and have paid a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited. By booking your appointment you are agreeing to the cancellation policy.
If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late please text me; I will do my best to accommodate you. If you are expected to be more than 15 minute late, I can not guarantee I will still be able to see you for your service. Please be courteous and let me know if you cannot make your appointment.
